After you've reached out to us either by the form on our website, a phone call, or message on one of our social medias, we will setup a time that works for you to meet at your property for about 15-45 minutes.
Following your walkthrough, we will be in contact with you shortly (1-2 days) with any questions that arise while preparing your proposal. Any reference photos of features or styles your attracted to help us greatly.
Once our initial walkthrough is completed, and we have gained a solid understanding of the project, we will get back to you no later than 1 week with a 1st draft proposal for you to revise. At this point you can gain an idea of pricing.
This is the phase where we work with you over 2 phone calls to tailor a design with both features, materials, and any other options, in order to best suit your needs as well as your budget. This phase is repeated for larger projects.
It's time for you to decide on a budget, and choose materials we will be using for the project based off of that budget.
If a specific material is extremely important to you we will take note of this in the walkthrough and keep it included throughout budgeting.
By this point, you can now make a confident decision, having weighed all the options, with a scope of work tailored by us to fit your budget.
